One 60-min online family debrief session with a certified career coach
Parents’ participation required to facilitate a shared understanding of college major and career directions
Phase 3
Industry Mentor Calls
Converse with global industry leaders, gain career insights, and access diverse professional networks.
Student and family choose three industry mentors from our pool of leading industry career mentors.
One 60-min zoom call with each mentor (three in total).
Mentors share their personal career journeys and industry experiences, and help the student navigate personal questions and decision making for college major.
What is co-active coaching?
The co-active coaching model is regarded as the “gold standard” of personal life coaching by Harvard Medical School. A Certified Professional Co-Active Coach (CPCC) supports the coachees in envisioning resonant futures, in discovering who they are at their core and in recognizing what is most meaningful to them. With this new awareness, coachees can create and live more fulfilling lives driven by intrinsic motivations and a sense of purpose.

Co-Active Coaching Session
Integrate your learning, envision a fulfilling future, and evoke transformational change with a professional Co-Active coach.
One 60-min private coaching session that helps students reflect on their previous explorations, discover their life purposes and visions with a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach.
